SEC910N 1. That Section 9200.16(3) shall be and is haveby awnded to read
as follows:
(3) BUILDING SUR A:
(a) Any lot or 'parcel of land under one wanertship and of record an January 17,
1955, and where no adjoining land is owned by the saw person may be used as a bui d ins
site even when of less area or width than that required by the regulations for the
district in which it is located.
(b) Lots or parcels of land of record an Jawary 17, 4955 which have a frontage
of fifty (50) feet or more way be used as a buLlding site even when of less area or
