BE? IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follc:-s
MHEMS, on the 2nd day of April, 1962 the Ccrmcil of the City Of Sai'3 Luis
Obispo did pass and adopt Resolution No. 924 giving notice of the proposal to anre-t
certain. tuninhrabirted territory to the City of San Dais Obispo, said territory being
therein designated as "LAMMOD ADDITION$' said Roeolution describing the boatndari.es
of the territory proposed to be annexed; and
MEREAS, said Resolution No. 924 did contain a notice of the day= hour and place
%g en and share the Council of the City wauld hoar protests made by any person Mining
real..property within the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said hearing
being not less than forty nor more than sixty days from the date of passage of said
Resolution; and
WHERUS, on the 219t.day of Play, 1962 at the hour of 8:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers in the City .ball of the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San 1.u4s Obispo,
Strata of Cali.forni&, said time and place being the day, hour and place fixed in s id
nesoiution No. 924 for hearing protests to the said enue %etion, the said City 'Council-
did hear and pass upon all protests made to the proposed annezaticaa and did de :err nC
that protests had not been made by the avuers of one- iaalfc of the value 04' the
privately - owned territory proposed to be annexed as eha-an by the last equalled
assessment roll., nosy by public ocmers of one-half of the VOlue of the p='•bli-cly o� "new
territory proposed to be annexed as determined by said legislative body; and
WiUMBASs said territory is contiguous to the City of Sean Luis Obispo, and is
uninhabited territory in the County of gam Luis Obispo;
1101.4, THEREFOU, the said Council of the City of San ?-uis Obispo does hereby
approve the annenati.on of the territory hereinafter described to the City of San
Luis Obispo, and does hereby further ordain that the-said territory be and is hetcibY
annexed to the City of San Luis Obispo.
That said territory, the amexetion of mbtich to the Catty of San Luis Obispo is
herein approved, is all that territory situate in the County of San. Luis Obispo,
State of California, described in "Exhibit All and shown on map entitled. "Exhibit, V
attached hereto which are hereby incorporated by reference as though fully set forth
herein.
