BE IT ORDATNEID by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follovs°
SEC'T'ION 1. That Sect:iou 9200.5 of the Sang basis Obispo Municipal Code shall
be and is hereby amended to rezone certain property fronting on Foothill Boulevard
in the City of San Luis Obispo, being a portion of Lot E in Breed's Addition,
Anises sor °s No. 52- 041-5C, on the northwrest corner of Foothill Boulevard and vhorro
Street, and a portion of the northwest quarter of the-northeast quarter of Section
27, T30S, RUE, Vim, Assessor's No. 52- 161-48, on the southwest con.-4r of Foothill
Boulevard and Broad Street,,
Said property is set forth on the :attached 99Exhibit A°°p which is hereby in--
cor•porated by reference as though fully set forth. herein.
SECTION 20 That Section 3140.1 of the Sala Lui-- Obispo Municipal Code shall
be and is hereby amended to change the i:ixe gone on the attached E:thib3e A.
