AN ORDINANCE LEASING A PORTION OF LAGUNA
LAKE PROPERTY TO ERNEST DALIDIO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. The Mayor shall be and is hereby authorized to execute that
certain "Lease" dated November 1, 1962, leasing a portion of the Laguna Lake
property, more particularly described in said Lease, to Ernest Dal"ic for
the period of November 16, 1962 to February 15, 1963, for the seem of $90.00
per month, in accordance• with the terms and conditions of said Lease*
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage,, in the
Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper circulated and published in said City, and the
same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty .days after its final,
passage,
