SECTION 2510.32. NOTICE. DATE TAKES PAYABLE X0 D171�11w OI..
Commencing with the 1963 -64 fiscal yeas, the Collector, within tea (10)
days after the receipt of the assessment roll, must publish a notice for five (5)
consecutive days ii: the official nevspaper of the City,, specifying:
That the taxes on all personal property secured by Neal. property,-and
one-half of the `axes due on all real property, will be due and payable or, No- t- 7ember
I.st, and will be delinquent on December 10th at 5 o'clock p.m., And that six (6) per
cent Ysill be added to the amount thereof, unless paid prior thereto, That the re•-
ranini..ng one -half of the taxes or all real property will be due and payabl.a an january
20th, and will be delinquent on April. 10th, at 5 o'clock p.m., and that unless said

The times and places at which payment of taxes may he made.
That all taxes shall be due and payable at the times and in the matin- er
specified in this subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full., at least three days before its final passage, in the te'legrant - Tribune,
a neiispaper published and circulated in said City, and the same . shall go into effect
at the expiration of thirty days after its final. passage.
