The fallowing resolution is now offered and read:
WHERRASs the City of San Luis Obispo requires a 401 x 401 parcel
of land owned by the County of San Luis Obispo, for a public purpose,
to -wit; the relocation of s water storage tank near the Genaral Hospital,
In the City of San Luis Obispo, California; and
WBERFAS, said 401 x. 401 ,parcel of reed property is not necessary
for any public use by the County of San Luis Obispo; and
WHEREAS,. the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo
desire to acquire A 201 strip of land, owned by the City of San Luis
Obispo# for a public use, to -wit; the widening of a county public road
known as the Sewer Farm Road; and
WHEREAS, Section, 25363 of the Government Code authorizes such are
