AN ORDIUNCE COWNYING REAL PROPMTKY TO
DEVBLOPMT ASSOCIATES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council . of the City of Son Leis Obispo as follo -us:
SECTION 1, That pursuant: to an agreement entered Into by and between the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO and DEVELOPMU ASSOCIATES, wherein Development Associates
agreed to and did perform certain dredging and ether improvement work on City pro-
perty located at Laguna Lake., for and in consideration by the City of San L<iis
Obispo to convey ..In isolated portion of City property hereinafter described.
SECTION 2. That Development Associates, having fully pea:formed said agree-
dent is now entitled to the conveyance of sad parcel as agreed to by the City .
Council.
SECTIM 3. That the ptayor shall be and is authorized to execute a grant
deed conveying to Development Associates that parcel of-p`erty located in the
State of California, County of San Luis Obispo, City of Sala Luis Obispo, and
described as fellows.:
That porti., of Lot "W" of the resubdivisicn of a portion of the
Rachos3 Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna as per crap recorded . at page IGI
In Book "A" of daps in the Office of the Recorder for the County of Scan
Luis Obispo, Stage of Cal iforni.a, described as follows
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot t`T" of said resuba

feet from the most northerly corner of Tract No. 213 as shown on map re-
corded at Pagg 78 in Volume.6 of Maps in the Office of the Recorder for

into effect: at the e3cpiration of thirty days after its final passage.
