AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9200.5 OF TIME SAN LUIS
OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE, TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF A PAR-
CEL. OF PROPERTY FROM "M" TO "C -2"
BE IT ORDAIM D by the .Council bf the _ City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, which adopts
by reference the Official Zoning Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, shall be and is hereby
amended to change the zoning on a parcel of property hereinafter described from "M" to "C-2. `
SECTION 2. Said parcel of property is located at 390 Higuera Street in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, and is described on the map marked "Exhibit A" and
attached hereto, incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
SECTION 3. In accordance with the Municipal Code, public hearings on this rezoning
were duly held, and upon the effective date of this Ordinance the Zoning Map of the City shall
be amended to show said change.
SECTION 4. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once
in full at least three day's before its final passage, in the Telegram - True, a newspaper
published and circulated in said City, and the same sha11 go into effect at the expiration of
thirty days after its final passage.
