ORDINANCE NO. 273 (1963 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9200.5 OF THE SAN LUIS
OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF A PAR-
CEL OF PROPERTY FROM "11 - I " T O "C -1 -S" AND FROM "R -3"
TO "C -1 -S"
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1.. That Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, which
adopts by reference the Official Zoning Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, shall be and is
hereby amended to change the zoning on parcels of property hereinafter described from
"F. -1" to "C -1 -S, " and from "L -3" to "C -1 -S . "
SECTION 2. Said parcels of property are located in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, and are described on the map marked "Exhibit A, " attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
SECTION 3. In accordance with the Municipal Code, public hearings on this re-
zoning were duly held, and upon the effective date of this Ordinance the Zoning Map of the
City shall be amended to shove said change.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall rro into effect at the expiration
of thirty days after its final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 16th day of September, 1963 by the
following roll call vote:
