AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL
BUILDING SETBACK LINE ON ORCUTT ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 9300.4 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code shall be
and is hereby amended to add Subsection 9, to read as follows:
Section 9300.4.9
The map adopted by Ordinance No. 275 (1963 Series) is hereby designated
as the "Official Building Setback Line of Orcutt Road;" said map being dated
November 4, 1963.
SECTION 2. That a copy of said map is on file in the Office of the City Clerk,
City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California, for information and inspection.
SECTION 3. That the Official Building Setback Line is on both sides of Orcutt
Road between Broad Street and Johnson Avenue.
SECTION 4. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City and the same shall go into effect at the expiration
of thirty (30) days after its final passage.
