BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain parcel of land annexed to the City as the
"Perozzi Annexation #2" and shown on the attached map marked Exhibit. "A ", which
is hereby incorporated by reference, shall be and is hereby rezoned from "U ",
Unclassified Land Use District, to "R -1 ", Single Family Residential Land Use
District.
SECTION 2. That a public hearing on said rezoning shall be held at
8:00 P. M., on December 16, 1963 in the City Council Chambers, 990 Palm Street,
at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard.
SECTION 3. That upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the City Zoning
Map shall be amended to show this zoning change.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and the noes, shall
be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the
Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the
same shall go into effect at the :expiration of thirty days after its final
passage.
