AN OFIDINANCE LEASING i <ESERVOIR SITE TO
BAILEY BRIDGE, INC.
B E I T O R D A I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to public auction, duly held, the City of San Luis Obispo
hereby leases to Bailey Bridge, Inc., a California corporation, 11.42 acres, more or
less, being a portion of the southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 30 South, Range 12
East, M. D. M. , except that portion of said area occupied and used by the City Water
Department.
SECTION 2. Said lease shall run for three (3) years from February 1, 1964 at a
rental of $156.00 per year, payable in advance, and is subject to the lease conditions set
forth in the least document on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall o into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its final passage.
