B E I T 0 R DA I N El D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor shall 'be and is hereby authorized, on behalf of the
City of San Luis Obispo, acting for the 1,71hale lock Commission, to execute that certain
Lease by and between the City of San Luis ::'bispo and Angelo F. and Anna J. 1\ ainini,
covering approximately thirty -two (32) acres for the purposes and subject to the conditions
therein set forth.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram. Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
