AN CrRDINANOE REZONING THE DUVENECK PAR-
CEL FF.OM R -1 TO R -3
B E IT O R D A I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain parcel of land as set forth on !Exhibit "A ", attached
hereto and incorporated by reference, shall be and is hereby rezoned from -1 to I� -3.
SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, set
forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, shall be modified to show
said zoning change.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final adoption, in the Telegram -Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expir-
ation of thirty (30) days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 14th day of September, 1964
