AN ORDINAL ?CE REZONING THE JONES PA110EL
FROM R -1 TO R -3
B E IT O R DA I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain parcel of land as set forth on Exhibit "A ", attached
hereto and incorporated by reference, shall be and is hereby rezoned from R -1 to R -3.
SECTION 2, That the Official Zoning Map of the City of San Luis Obispo set forth
in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Caode, shall be modified to show said
zoning change.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said fim.l passage.
