An Ordinance Relating to the Meetings of the Council of the City of San
Luis Obispo.
Be it ordanied by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
Section 1. The regular meetings of the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo shall be held at the City hall of said City on the first and third
Monday of each month at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M.
Section 2. Special meeting of the Council may be galled at any time
by the mayor, or by three Councilmen, by written notice delivered to
each councilman at least three hours before the time specified for the
proposed meeting.
Section 3. Any member of the Council, or other person, who shall be
guilty of disorderly behavior at any meeting of the Council shall upon
a majotoity vote in favor thereof, be fined not exceeding 10.00 for
each offense.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be urgent, and neces-
sary to carry on the form og government provided by the Charter, and is
passed in order to establish aand maintain without intermission an effective
city government, and to Immediately preserve the public/ peace, health
and safety, and shall take effect ir_tmediately after its final passage.
