Attached please find a copy of Resolution #17 -56 of the Planning
Commission of the City of San Luis Obispo. The-Resolution
recommends favorable action on a proposed amendment to Section
9200.5 of the Municipal Code to allow the rezoning from R -3
to C -1 of lots 4 and 5 of Tract 66 (area between Boysen and
Foothill).
The Planning Commission held two public hearings on this
proposed amendment on April 19 and May 17. There were no
protests.
In accordance with Section 9200.19 of the Municipal Code, the
Planning Commission herewith submits the resolution recommend-
ing the proposed amendment for your consideration.
