AN ORDINANCE I•';.EZONING THE NADELLE PARCEL
FROM 1. -1 to F, -3
B E IT O R DA I N E D by the Council of the -:ity of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain parcel of land as set forth on Exhibit "A ",
attached hereto and incorporated by reference, shall be and is hereby rezoned from R -1 to
R -3.
SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning i\iap of the City of San Luis Obispo set
forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo 1�ilunicipal Code, shall be modified to show said
zoning change.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be pub-
lished once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
