AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY
FROM R-4 TO C -2
B E IT O R D A I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain parcel of land, located on the corner of Nipomo
and Pacific Streets, as set forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by
reference, shall be and is hereby rezoned from R -4 to C -2.
SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, as set
forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, shall be modified to show
said zoning change.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expir-
ation of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 15th day of February, 1965 by the
following roll call vote:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council of the City of
San Luis Obispo -will hold a public hearing on the recommendation
of the Planning Commission to rezone from R -4 (General Multiple
Family Risidential District) to C -2 (Central Commercial District),
Lots 7, 8, 1:4 and 15, Block 6, Murray and Church Addition, in the
City of San Luis Obispo.
