ORDINANCE NO, 312 (1965 Series)
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL
BUILDING SETBACK LINE ON CALIFORNIA
BOULEVARD AND SAN LUIS DRIVE
B E I T O R D A I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 9300.4 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code shall be and
is hereby amended to add Subsection 11, to read as follows:
Section 9300.4. 11
The map adopted by Ordinance No. 312 (1965 Series) is hereby designated
as the "Official Building Setback Line of California. Boulevard and San Luis Drive;"
said map being dated May 17, 1965.
SECTION 2. That a copy of said map is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City
Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California, for information and inspection.
SECTION 3. That the Official Building Setback Line is on both sides of California
Boulevard from Hathway Street to San Luis Drive, and on both sides of San Luis Drive from
California Boulevard to Johnson Avenue.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance, together with the syes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City and the same shall go into effect at the expiration
of thirty (30) days after its final passage.
