AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
280 (1964 Series)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph B of Section 1 of Ordinance Number 280 (1964 Series),
entitled "An Ordinance Conveying Armory Site to State of California, " shall be and is
hereby amended to read as follows:
B. That vehicular access on California Boulevard shall be limited to
driveway ramps approved by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute any documents necessary to
carry said amendment into effect.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
