ORDINANCE NO. 316 (1965 Series)
AN ORDINANCE £E ZONING T1-lE YCANUIM TRACT
FROM "U" TO "R-1," "r -2, " AND "C -3 -S"
B E IT O R D A I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain parcel of land in the City of San Luis Obispo
designated the Yoakum Tract, shall be and is hereby rezoned from "U, " Unclassified
Land Use District, to "t.-1, " 111 -2, " and -3 —S" Lard Use .Districts in accordance
with the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning i\/.-!.ap of the City of San Luis Obispo, as set
forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo P/--unicipal Code, shall be modified to
reflect said zoning changes
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
