funds in the City Treasurys as follows:

October, 1927, a tax of $.0032.

3. For the Library Fund there is leviled a tax of .18 on each One Hundred
Dollaaizs in value of said property.
h. For the Public Improvement and Betterment Fund of said City there is
levied a tax of $.30 on each one Hundred Dollars in value of said propertyo
5. For the Par'�c and Recreation Fund of said City there is levied a tax of
$.20 on each One Hamdred Dollars in value of said property.
SEC'T'ION 2. All ordinances or jxwts of ordinances in connict with V is
