(1965 Series), AMENDING SECTION 9100.8.8 OF
THE SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE - AD-
DITIONAL CONTrOLS ON SUBDIVISIONS
B E I T O P. D A I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 317 (1965 Series) shall be and is
hereby amended prior to final passage, to read as follows:
SECTION 2. That Section 9100.8.8 shall be and is hereby added to read
as follows:
Section 9100.8.8 d
Where slopes in excess of five per cent (59D occur within the
area to be subdivided, or if the subdivider intends to use any substantial
cuts and fills, then the location and magnitude of such cuts and fills
must be shown on the Tentative Map and is subject to the approval of the
Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. That this amendment of Ordinance No. 317 (1965 Series) shall be
published in the Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said C"ity at
least one day prior to the final adoption of Ordinance No. 317 as amended.
