BUILDING SETBACK LINE CN HIGUE .A EST REST

BE IT 0 R D A I N E - by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTIGN 1. That Section 9300.4 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code shall
be and is hereby amended to add Subsection 13, as follows:
Section 9300.4.13
An Official Building Setback Line is hereby established on the
west side of Higuera Street from 1&rsh Street to k adonna. Road, in accord-
ance with the Official Map designated "Official Building Setback Line for
South Higuera Street - Marsh Street to Riadonna P oad, " dated September 7,
1965, on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be pub-
lished once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune,
a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty (30) days after its said final passage.
