D A I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That Subsection (5) shall be and is hereby added to Section 9310.A of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code to read as follows: Section 9310.A. (5) Upon completion of the widening and improvements set forth above, the City shall pay to applicant a sum of money determined by multiplying the assessed value of the parcel as shown on the last assessment roll by four (S), and dividing this amount by the number of square feet in said parcel, then multiplying the result by the square feet involved in the dedication. SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once, in the Telegram -Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, at least three days before its final passage, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage. Spring NOES; None ABSENT: None ATTEST: WAR r + 1 1 DAY 1 AFFIDAVIT PUBLIC HEARING STREET WIDENING POLICY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Ordinance No. 303 (1965 Series), AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING RIGHT -OF -WAY ;DEDICATION AND IMPROVEMENT ON MAJOR STREETS THAT WILL REQUIRE WIDENING. Copies of proposed amendments are on file in the office of the City Clerk, at the City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
