AN PRDINANCE %_E ZONING 2/2 CHCF: _C. STREET
Fr'_Ci1 "R -1" TC "C -1 -S"
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of ;pan Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. `1 hat that certain parcel of land in the City of San Luis Obispo,
located at and known as 24 Chorro Street, shall be and is hereby rezoned from -1" Land
Use District to "C -1 -S" Land Use District, in accordance with the map attached hereto,
marred Exhibit "A and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning !vjap of the City of San Luis Obispo, as
set forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo i:,= unicipal Code, shall be modified to
reflect said zoning change.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune,
a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
