AN OF.DINANCE AMIENDING SECTION 3140.1 OF THE
SAN LUIS CBISPO MUNICIPAL COLE TO AMEND THE
FLEE.E ZONE MAP
BE IT 0 F: DA I NE D by the Council of the City of 'San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 3140.1 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, which
adopts the Fire Zone Map by reference, shall be and is hereby amended to show the Fire
Zone changes set forth on the map which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, dated
October 18, 1965, and entitled "Amendment to Fire Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, "
which is available for inspection by any interested persons. Said area is hereby changed from
Fire Zone III to Fire Zone II and is located at the southwest corner of Madonna Road and U. S.
101 Highway south off ramp, and is designated City Tax code area 4 -69, Parcel 4- 691 -11.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news -
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration
of thirty days after its said final passage.
