ORDINANCE NO. 33442(1966 Series)
AN ORDINANCE REZONING 1119 MONTALBAN STREET
FROM R -4 TO C -1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain parcel of land in the City of San Luis Obispo
designated 1119 Montalban Street, shall be and is hereby rezoned from R -4 Land Use
Duct to C -1 Land Use District in accordance with the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, as
set forth in Section 9200. S of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, shall be modified to
reflect said zoning changes.
SECTION 3. That This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
Published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram -
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into
effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
