ORDINANCE NO. 344 (1966 Series)
AN ORDINANCE ; EZONING 296, 282 AND 278 SANTA
ROSA STREET FROM R -4 TO R -C
B E IT OR DA I NE D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION ONE That those certain parcels of land in the City of San Luis Obispo
designated as 296, 282 and 278 Santa Rosa Street, shall be and are hereby rezoned from R -4
Land Use District to R -C Land Use District in accordance with the map attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION TWO. That the Official Zoning Neap of the City of San Luis Obispo, as
set forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, shall be modified to
reflect said zoning changes.
SECTION THREE. That this Ordinance, together with the ayes and:noes, shall
be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram -
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into
effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage.
