ORDINANCE NO. 346 (1966 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9300.4.5 OF
THE SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE, FOOT-
HILL BOULEVARD OFFICIAL BUILDING SETBACK
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION ONE. That the map adopted by Ordinance Number 56 (1957 Series)
designated "Official Building Setback Lines of Foothill Boulevard" is hereby amended inso-
far as Sheet 2 and Sheet 3 are concerned, which are hereby replaced by Sheet 2A and Sheet
3A, entitled "Map Number 2 - Official Building Setback Line, Foothill Boulevard" dated
April 4, 1966.

SECTION TWO. That copies of said Rja.p are on file in the Office of the City
SECTION THREE. That this Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall
be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram -
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into
effect at the expiration of thirty (30) days after its said final passage.
