AN ORDINANCE REZONING 790 FOOTHILL BOULE-
VARD FROM P-3 TO C -1
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION ONE. That that certain parcel of land in the City of San Luis Obispo
designated 790 Foothill Boulevard, shall be and is hereby rezoned from R -3 Land Use
District to C -1 Land Use District in accordance with the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION TWO. That the Official Zoning h, -ap of the City of San Luis Obispo, as set
forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, shall be modified to reflect
said zoning change.
SECTION THREE. That this Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune;
a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 20th day of June, 1966 by the following
