HomeMy WebLinkAbout0358N• ORDINANCE NO. 358 (New Series) AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AS R -2 CERTAIN LOTS AND PORTIONS OF LOTS IN THE DELEISSEQUEZ ADDITION. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 19 Pursuant to proceedings in such behalf heretofore duly and regularly had, and the rprt of the City Planning Commission presented to the City Council at its meeting of January 7, 1962 , the hereinafter described parcels of real property located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, shall . be and the same are hereby reclassified as follows: To change from R -1 Residence District (Single Family) to R -2 Residence District (Two Family) the real property described as follows: Parcel 1: That portion of Lot It, South of Ella Street, and all of Lots 5, 6, 71 81 11, 12, 13, 14s 15, 16,- 17, 18_, and 19 of the Deleisseguez Addition to the County of San Luis Obispo State of California, according to map Bled for record November 17, 1887, in the office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California. Parcel 2: That portion of Lot 6 of the Deleissegeuz Tract, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map• filed for record September 7, 1876 in the Office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot; thence South 360 221 East along the North- easterly line of said Lot, 268.69 feet, more or less, to the most Northerly corner of the prop- erty conveyed to Eugene Reese by deed dated June 19, 1912, and recorded in Book 324 of - 1 - .-- Official Records, at page 154, records of said County; thence Sou #h 530 371 West Along the Northwesterly line of the property so conveyed and the Southwesterly extension thereof, 150 feet thence South 360 221 East and parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Lot, 168,31 feet, O-` / more of less, to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 6; thence South 530 381 West along said Southeasterly line to a point which bears North 530 381 East, 85 feet from the Northeasterly line of Sierra Way as conveyed to the City of San Luis Obispo by deed dated December 6, 1950, and recorded March 14, 1951, in Book 601 of Official Records, at page 152, records of said County; thence North 450 421 West and parallel with the Southwesterly line of said Lot, 250 feet; thence South 530 381 West, 85 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of said Lot; thence North 450 421 West along said Southwesterly line to the most Westerly corner of said Lot; thence North 530 381 East along said Northwesterly line, 473 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and Noes, shall be published for two days before its final passage in the Telegram - Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and c ircul.a.ted in said City, and the same shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its final passaPoe.
