HomeMy WebLinkAbout0363N9 ORDINANCE N0. 363 (NEW SERIES) AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AS R -3 CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN TI'' CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO . �-TC BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as f ollows : SECTION 1. Pursuant to proceedings in such behalf heretofore duly and regularly had, and the report of the City Planning Com- mission presented to the City Council at its meeting of April 21, 1952, the hereinafter described parcels of real property located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, shall be and the same are hereby reclassified as follows: 1. To change from R -1 Residence District (Single Family) and R -2 Residence District (Two Family) to R -3 Residence District (Mul- tiple Family) the real property bounded by Johnson Avenue, Ruth Street, Ella Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad. 2. To change from R -1 Residence District (Single Family) to R -3 Residence District (Multiple Family) the Southeasterly one -half of Block 10 in the Central Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo; said Block 10 also described as the block bounded by Marsh, Toro, Higuera and Esser streets. SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and Noes, shall be published for two days before its final passage in the Tele- gram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in said City, and the same shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its final passage.
