ORDINANCE NO. 363 (1966 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING LEASE OF THE
SEWER FARM PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1, That in accordance with public auctions duly noticed and held, the
grazing portions of the sewer farm property owned by the City of San Luis Obispo are hereby
leased to Stiefel Brothers for the sum of Three Dollars and 50 /100 ($3.50) per acre per
month, for a term of five years, in accordance with the conditions, covenants and pro-
visions of that certain Lease which was the basis for the advertised bids, a copy of which
Lease is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. That the Niayor is hereby authorized to execute said Lease for and on
behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect on January 1,
1967.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the City Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a Regular Meeting of said City Council, held on the 19th day of December, 1966,
on motion of Councilman Gallagher, seconded by Councilman Spring, and on the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Gallagher, Miller, Spring, and Mayor Whelchel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
