-- ORDINANCE NO.367 (NEW SERIES)'
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
BY THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO TO WILLIAM T. WALL
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
as follows:
SECTION I. That the public necessity and convenience requires
that the real property hereinafter described be sold by the City of
San Luis Obispo to W. T. Wall for the sum of One Thousand Dollars.
SECTION 2. Said real property is described as follows:
That portion of Lot 1 in Block 15 of Imperial Addition to the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map thereof filed in Book A page 128 of Maps, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of Victoria
Street 130 feet Southeasterly from the Westerly corner of said Lot 1;
thence continuing Southeasterly along said street line 90 feet to a
point; thence at right angles Northeasterly 97 feet more or less to
the Southwesterly line of the Pacific Coast Railroad right of way;
thence Northwesterly along said right of way line to the Easterly
corner of the land described in the deed to Emory Bridges, et ux,
recorded July 15, 1948 as Instrument No. 7506; thence Southwesterly
along said Easterly line, 66 feet more or less to the point of be-
ginning.
SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and Noes,
shall be published for two days before its final passage in the
Telegram - Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated
in said City, and the same shall take effect and be in force thirty
days after its final passage.
