HomeMy WebLinkAbout0368Nboxy y f ZIP ORDINANCE NO. 368 (NEW SERIES) AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AS C -1 REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY CERTAIN OF SAN LUIS OBISPO BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to proceedings in such behalf heretofore duly and regularly had, and the report of the City Planning Com- mission presented to the City Council at its meeting of July 7, 9 1952,the hereinafter described parcels of real property located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, shall be and the same are hereby reclassified as follows: To change from R4' Residence District, :.(Single.- Family) to C -1 Commercial District (Local) the property UescYibed as follows: Part of Lot 2, all of Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Mt. Pleasanton Square No. 2, according to map recorded May 21, 1928, in Book 3 of Maps, at page 104; and part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as a whole as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence ,("South along the West line of said Lot, 50 feet; thence Southeasterly in a direct line to the Southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence East along the South line of said Lot 3 to the West line of said Lot 4; thence South along the West line of Lot 4 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence East along the South line of said Lots 4 and 5 to the Southeast corner of said Lot 5, thence con-. tinuing East in a direct line to a point on the Last line of the property conveyed to Archie E. Cheda et ux., by deed recorded September 4, 1925, in Book 6, at page 11 of Official Records; thence South Oo 35' East along, said East line to the Northwest corner of the first parcel of land described in the deed to Thomas H. Rougeot, et ux., recorded April 20, 1939, in Book 257, at page 289 of-Official Records; thence North 890 25' East'along the North line of said parcel, 186 feet, more or less, to the Westerly line ofihe-_property conveyed to the State of California, by deed recorded April 24, 1941, in Book 294, at page 340 of Official Records; thence Northwesterly along said Westerly line to the Southerly line of Foothill Boulevard; thence West along the Southerly line of Foothill Boulevard to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and Noes, shall be published for two days before its final passage in the Telegram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and the same shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its final passage.
