ORDINANCE NO. 372 (New Series)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AS C -1
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to proceedings in such behalf heretofore duly
and regularly had, and the report of the City Planning Commission pre-
sented to the City Council at its meeting of August 4, 1952, the here-
inafter described real property located in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, shall be and the same
is hereby reclassified as follows:
To change from R -3 Residence District (Multiple Family) to 0-1
Commercial District (Local) all of that property which is bordered on
the south by Foothill Boulevard, on the northeast by State Highway No. 1,
on the northwest by Tract No. 66, and.:m the west by the property already
zoned C -1, which latter property lies adjacent to the northeasterly
corner of Foothill Boulevard and the Old Morro Road.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, to ðer with the Ayes and Noes, shall
be published for two days before its final passage in the Telegram-

Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in said
City, and the same shall take effect and be in for�ce.thirty days after
its final passage.''.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT THIS 18th day of August, 1952, by
