ORDINANCE N0. 377 (New Series)
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN ,
REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO FROM HARA LD
N. NIELSEN, Et. Al.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Council-of the City of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
SECTION I. That the public necessity requires that the real
property hereinafter described be adquire d and purchased by the
City of San Luis Obispo from HARALD N. hIELSEN, HELGA NIELSEN, EARL
S. ROBERTS, and ALMA M. ROBERTS.
SECTION 2. The Commissioner of Supplies is hereby authorized
to purchase said property for and on behalf of-said City, for the
sum of $4500.00.
SECTION 3. Said real property is described as: follows:
Lot 21 in Block B. Tract No. 66, Nj&lsen and Roberts Subdivision
No. 1, in the City of San Luis. Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map recorded February 29, 1952,
in Book 5 page 81 of maps records of said County:
SECTION 4. This ordinance, together with the'Ayes and Noes,
shall be published for two days before its final passage in the
Telegram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated
in said City, and the same shall take effect and be in force thirty
days after its final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 19th day of January,
1953, by the following vote:
