AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1 (NEW SERIES)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as follows:.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1 (New Series) entitled "An
Ordinance Fixing the Amounts.. Method of Approval and Conditions
to be contained in the Official Bonds of the Chief Officials of
the City of San Luis Obispo. ", finally passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of San Luis Obispo on January 26, 1911, and
all amendments thereto, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and
Noes, shall be published for two days before its final passage
in the Telegram - Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and
circulated in said City, and the same shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT this 15th day of June,
1953, by the following vote:.
