BE IT ORDAINED by the 6ouncil of the City of San
Luis Obispo as follows.
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 255 (New.1
Series), the title of which is set forth in the title of this
ordinance, is amended to read as follows.
Section 2 It shall be unlawful to operate or conduct
any card table or card game between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the Ayes
and Noes, shall be published for two days before its final
passage in the Telegram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed,
published and circulated in said City, and the same shall take
effect and be in:force thirty days after its final passage.
