AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEASE OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO TO /_ f17P,1 ,Oq /6' o
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the public necessity requires that the
real property hereinafter described be leased for a period of
e years to f/fP.s' 7� l/ci' Dr at a monthly
rental of $20,50,i-per month, payable yearly in advance, and
subject to the terms and conditions of that certain document,
entitled "Lease Agreement ", dated November 16, 1953, and on

file in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. Said real property is described as follows:
All that certain real property situated in the County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, nore
particularly described as follows:
Lots or Subdivision known and designated "D.D."
containing 391.39 acres, less 1.34 acres heretofore
conveyed to the State of California. for highway
purposes and less approximately one acre facing
Los Osos Road reserved for proposed building site;
Lot or Subdivision known and designated "R"
containing 21.13 acres; Lot or Subdivision known
and designated "S" containing 22.47 acres; being
part of the Rancho Laguna, all containing 433.65
acres, more or less. z.
SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and
Noes, shall be published fort wo days before its final passage
in the Telegram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published
and circulated in said City, and the same shall take effect and
be in force thirty days after its final passage.
