AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
BROAD STREET BETWEEN HIGH & SANDERCOCK STREETS, 2007 BROAD
STREET, FROM R -2 TO C -N DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain parcel of real property in the City of San Luis
Obispo located at 2007 Broad Street, more particularly described as follows:
The west 44.10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, of McBride's Tract, in the City
of San Luis Obispo
shall be and is hereby rezoned from R -2 (Residential Medium Density) District
to C -N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. Said property is also shown on the
map attached hereto marked Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the
Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same
shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 6th day of January, 1969, on motion of
Councilman Spring, seconded by Councilman Miller, on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Emmons Blake, Frank Gallagher, Arthur F. Spring, Donald Q. Miller,
Clell W. Whelchel.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

REZONING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council of the City of San
Luis Obispo will hold a public hearing on the recommendation of the
Planning Commission to rezone from R -2 to C -N the west 44.10 feet of
Lot 3, Block 1, of Mc Brides Tract in the City of San Luis Obispo, see
sketch marked exhibit "A ".
SAID PUBLIC HEARING WILL be held on Monday, January 6, 1968 at
8 :30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 990 Palm Street,
San Luis Obispo, California.
