ORDINANCE NO. 453 (1969 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 9200.32 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code
(Residential Office District) shall be and is hereby amended to permit
mortuaries and funeral homes subject to use permit approval and the parking
requirement being as follows: There shall be one parking space for each
20 sq. ft, of floor area of assembly rooms, plus one space for each employee,
plus one space for each car owned by such establishment, as setforth on the
Zoning District Chart attached hereto and incorporated by reference,.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in
the Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City,
and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after
its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the City Council of the City of San
Luis Obispo at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day
of July , 1969, on motion of Councilman Blake seconded by Councilman
Graham , and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Emmons Blake, Myron Graham, Arthur Spring and Mayor Ken Schwartz.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Donald Q. Miller
