AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be re.
classified as follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District R -1 ( Residential Low Density ) to District R -0
(Residential Office) real property described as:
The Southwesterly 135 feet of the following described property:
All that portion of the South half of Section 36, Township 30 South,
Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the official plat or plats of the
survey of said lands returned to the general land office by the
Surveyor General, described as follows:
Beginning at corner No. 16 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract., .
according to map recorded September 30, 1893, in Book 1, of record
of surveys, at page 14, records of said county; thence South 290
37=. West, 1190.89 feet to a point in the Southwesterly line of County
Road No. 257, as conveyed to the County of San Luis Obispo, by deed
recorded November 4,1932, in Book 130 of Official Records, at page
137, records of said County: thence 720 00: East along said South-
westery line, 522.70 feet to the true point of beginning, said point
being the Northwest corner of the property conveyed to F. P. Silveira,
et us, by deed recorded July 30, 1942, in Book 324 of Official Records„
at page 367, records of said County; thence South 300 411 West along
the Northwesterly line of the property so conveyed, 290 feet, thence
North 720 001 West 150 feet; thence North 300 411 East 290 feet to
said Southwesterly line 150 feet to the true point of beginning.
Also known as the rear 1351 x 1501 of 3000 Augusta Street:.

SECTION 2, This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the
Telegraph- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the
same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said
final passage.

INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 7th day of July, 1969, on
motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Spring and on the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Myron Graham, Arthur Spring, Emmons Blake
and Mayor Kenneth E. Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Donald Q. Miller
