AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis Obispo as
shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows.
Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference.
From District R -1 (Residential Low Density) to District R-2 (Residential Medium
Density) real property described as:
In the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, in the Phillips and
Beebee Addition that portion of Lot 21; beginning at the Northeast corner of
Lot 1, Block 1 of the Caudill Tract; thence North 32° 30' West 72.40 feet; thence
South 63° 03' West 137.60 feet; thence North 89° 55' East 13.50 feet to the true
point of Beginning; thence North 89° 55' East 188.00 feet; thence North 0* 05'
East 142.90 feet; thence South 890 55' East 50.00 feet; thence South 320 30' East
230.00 feet more or less to the true point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 22nd day of July, 1969 on motion of
Mayor Schwartz, seconded by Councilman Blake and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Miller, Spring, Graham and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
