AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis Obispo
as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as
follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein by reference.
From District R -1 (residential Low Density) to District. PD R -2 '(Planned Development-
Res. Medium Density) real property described as:
That pb'rtion of Lot Q of the resubdivision of Lots 58, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65
of the subdivision of the Ranchos Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna., in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as
per map filed in Book A, Page 161 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, bounded as follows:
Bounded Southeasterly by the Northwesterly line of Block E of Tract No. 234,
as shown on map recorded in Book 6, page 82 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, and the Southwesterly prolongation of' said
Northwesterly line; bounded Southwesterly by the Southwesterly line of said
Lot Q; bounded Northwesterly by the Southeasterly line of the land described
in the deed to the trustees of the LaLaguna School District, recorded June 14,
1877 in Book J, page 74 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of said
county, and the Northeasterly prolongation of said Southeasterly line; bounded
Northeasterly by a line that is parallel with and distant Northeasterly 207 feet,
measured at right angles, from the Southwesterly line of said Lot Q.
Also known as 1650 Los Osos Road.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 22nd day of July, 1969 on motion of Councilman
Miller, seconded by Councilman Graham, and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Miller, Graham and Blake
NOES: Councilman Spring and Mayor Schwartz
