BE IT ORDAR -TED by the Gity Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the fallowing described portion of the City of San Luis Obispo
as shown on the Official Zone lfiap of the City of Can Luis Obispo be reclassified as
follows. Said property is also shown on the nap attached hereto marked Exhibit 1E1"
and incorporated herein by reference.
Parcel I from U (Unclassified) to R -O-S C, esidential Office - Combining) District,
Parcel II from F -O-S ( residential Office - Cmnbining) to R-2-S (Residential i!:ediu:n
Density - Combining) District, Parcel III from I`_ -O-S .(F.esidentia.l Office - Combirin,)
to R-4I-S (residential High Density - Combinin) District, real property described as:
Parcel I
A portion of the resubdivisions of Lot 60 of the rmncho Canada De Los Osos
and La Laguna as shown in Boole A, Page S5 of Naps in the Recorders Office
of San Luis Obispo County in the State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at point "S -10 " as shown on said map, said point being an angle
point in the southwesterly line. of Los Osos 1 oad, a 66 foot wide road; thence
Northwesterly along rAhe center line of Prefu mo Creek, as shown on said map,
which is also the most 1ortherly boundary of Parcel "A ", a distance of 76.56
feet; thence Southwesterly along said Cree'c center line a distance of 177.54
feet; thence Northwesterly along said creel: center line to the Southeasterly
line of Royal Way, a 60 foot road; thence I lorth 45° 59' 25" East along said
Southeasterly line of royal Way; thence along a curve to the right having a
radius of 30 feet and an angle of 900 for a distance of 47.12 feet to a point
on said Southwesterly line of Los Osos ? oad; thence South 44° 00' 35" East
along said line to the point of beginning.

in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together vAth the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full; at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Tut ^bispo
at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 6th day of October, 1969, on motion of
Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham, and on the following roll call. vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bla.1:e, Graham, Puller and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Spring.
