BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follo'vs: SECTION 1. That the following described k'ordon of the City of San Luis �bisI:)o as shown on the Official Zone ira.p of the City of uan Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows. Said property is also shown on the may attached hereto marked Exhibit 9113." and incorporated herein by reference. From District R -1 (1.1esidential: Low Density) to District PD P: -2 (Planned Development - Residential ir_edium Density) real ,property described as: That portion of the Southwest quarter of tiie Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 30 South, Prange 12 East, i :-ount Diablo N:eridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the Official Plat of the survey of said land approved by the Surveyor General's Office on November 30, 1867, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Laurel Lane, which point bears North 300 40' East along said line, a distance of 1788.83 feet from the intersection of said Easterly line with the North line of Orcutt Road, said point being the Northwest corner of the land described in the deed to Nebraska Lands, Inc., a California corporation, recorded April. 15, 1958 in Book 936, page 182 of Official Records; thence running along the Northerly line of said land the following courses and distances; South 590 20' East, 115 feet; thence North 640 10' East, 410 feet; thence North 700 10' East, 181.10 feet; thence leaving said line and continuing North 700 10' East, 14 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 700 10' West, 14 feet to the Northerly line of said land of Nebraska Lands, Inc., a California corporation, as descriled in the deed above mentioned; thence running along said Northerly line South 250 50' East, 189.04 feet; thence North 600 30' East 544.78 feet more or less to the West line of Johnson Street; thence running along said , 7est line North 180 21' 17lest, 120.20 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 670 feet through an angle of 5° V'7' for a distance of 59.83 feet to the intersection of said West line of Johnson Street with the' Southerly line of the land described in the deed to 1-lielsen- Roberts, Inc., recorded December 2, 1953 in Book, 735, page 499 of 'Official records; thence running along the Southerly line of said last mentioned land, on a curve to the right having a radius of 18.37 feet; tluough an angle of 95° 08' for a distance of 30.50 feet; thence continuing along said line South 71° 39' West, 39.77 feet; thence on a curve to the right tangent to the last described course having a radius of 80 feet, through an angle of 27° 14' for a distance of 38.02 feet to the most Southerly corner of said land; thence running along the Westerly line of said land, North 100 2,' 30" vilest, 121.56 feet; thence continuing along said line on a curve to the right tangent bearing South 71° 53' 40" West, having a radius of 35 feet through an angle of 560 47' 20" for a distance of 34.69 feet; thence continuing along said line North 510 19' West, 41.35 feet to the most Easterly corner of the land described in the deed to Harold C. Carter and Olive A. Carter, husband and wife as joint tenants, recorded December 1, 1959 in Book 1035, page 402 of Official Records; thence running along the Easterly and Southerly line of said Carter land, the following courses'and distances; South 22° 28' vilest, 140.13 feet; thence South V 49' East, 65.09 feet; thence leaving said line South 350 West 93 feet; thence South 79° 77est 68 feet; thence North 8611 'lest 180 feet to the true point of beginning. Also ;mown as 3217 Johnson Ave. SECTION 2.
