BE IT MDAII ED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follmxis:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis :,Lispo
as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of Can Luis Obispo be reclassified as
follows. Said property is also shown on the r: a.p attached hereto marled Exhibit "I_"
and incorporated herein by reference .
From District P-. -1 (E-esidential Low Density) to District R -2 (Residential i,- -'edium
Density) real property described as:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, S, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in Block 9 of the Buena Vista Addition
to the City of San Luis Obispo.
Also known as the block between Leland Terrace, Ella, Henry and Ruth
Streets.
SECTION 2. "his Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
